MANN is looking for Duty Free Mystery Shoppers. As a Mystery Shopper, you will visit luxury duty-free stores as a real customer, receive product consultations, evaluate customer service and the shopping environment, and complete a short survey afterward. 📅 Survey Period September 1 – September 30, 2026 Downtown Duty Free: Flexible schedule Airport Duty Free: Available only for applicants with a confirmed international departure during the survey period. 📍Locations Downtown Duty Free: Seoul, Busan, Jeju Airport Duty Free: Incheon (T1 & T2), Gimpo, Gimhae, Jeju Airports 👤 Qualifications Foreign applicants: Able to communicate naturally in English or Chinese and complete the survey in Korean. Korean applicants: Able to communicate naturally in Korean. Airport Duty Free applicants must have a confirmed international departure schedule. 💰 Compensation Airport Duty Free Foreign Applicants: KRW 60,000 per survey Korean Applicants: KRW 50,000 per survey Downtown Duty Free Foreign Applicants: KRW 40,000 per survey Korean Applicants: KRW 30,000 per survey Compensation will be paid after a 3.3% withholding tax deduction.
